Look upon my works, ye mighty

Here is what I like to call an "experimental" layout. I tried a lot of new grunge techniques in this one, and though I'm not exactly pleased with the results it was a good learning experience. For some reason Zelda images always lead to grunge for me. I think it's because I don't usually work with manga images or such brightly colored anime-style graphics. Also for this layout I used a much more sensible CSS scheme, though it took a lot of dumb copying and pasting. And this layout has pink, sadly missing from the last layout. It's pink- with an edge! I'm so clever at putting characters personalites into layouts...

The images I used are from the manga Zelda no Denetsu. There used to be a site with scanlations, but it's down right now. I've been searching for my own copy of the manga for quite a while now, but when I get it I'll upload scans. The scans used in this layout are from Grace, a much better Zelda shrine than this one.

The words "Show me a hero and I'll write you a tragedy" are apparently Fitzgerald's. They randomly popped into my head, but I was suspicious about my ability to come up with something that concise. So I looked up the quote on the internet, and it is attributed to him. ~~Still, I'm not quite convinced because internet quote sites are sketchy and I don't remember him ever saying that. Though it does seem the sort of thing he would say.~~ I have confirmation, I found it in one of my books. It is Fitzgerald.
